1. What is our minimum order quantity?
The equipment supports a 1-unit sample trial order. For OEM/ODM services such as custom LOGO, body color scheme, system language, and appearance style, the minimum order quantity varies from 10–20 units depending on the model.
2. Do you support OEM / ODM customization?
Our factory provides one-stop OEM/ODM customization services, including customizable body colors, LOGO printing, appearance stickers, screen UI interface, system language, and various payment modules. You can submit customization requirements, and our sales team will follow up to confirm the detailed plan.
3. How long does production lead time take?
- Sample orders: 7–15 working days
- Bulk orders (10–50 units): 20–35 working days
- Large orders (over 50 units): 35–50 working days
All delivery times are subject to the deposit being received and the customization plan being finally confirmed.
4. What are the warranty and after-sales service policies?
Core components of the equipment enjoy a 1-year original factory warranty. Consumables, wearable parts, and man-made damage are not covered by the warranty. Our factory provides lifetime paid accessory supply and remote video technical support. Standard after-sales service does not include overseas on-site repair services.
5. What voltage and plug specifications are supported?
All equipment supports 110V/220–240V global voltage customization, compatible with US standard, European standard, UK standard, Australian standard, and other multi-country plug specifications, adapting to the electricity needs of global markets. Please inform us of your local electricity standard when inquiring.
6. Does the system support multiple languages?
The equipment's self-developed main control system supports more than 26 global languages. It can be preset to the corresponding language based on the target market, adapting to local user operating habits and suitable for global overseas operations.
