1. What is our minimum order quantity?
The equipment supports a 1-unit sample trial order. For OEM/ODM services such as custom LOGO, body color, system language, and appearance style, the minimum order quantity varies by model and is 10–20 units.
2. Do you support OEM / ODM customization?
Our factory provides one-stop OEM/ODM customization services, including customizable body color, LOGO printing, appearance stickers, screen UI interface, system language, and various payment modules. You can submit customization requirements, and our sales team will follow up to confirm the detailed plan.
3. How long does production lead time take?
- Sample orders: 7–15 working days
- Bulk orders (10–50 units): 20–35 working days
- Large orders (more than 50 units): 35–50 working days
All delivery times are subject to the receipt of the deposit and the final confirmation of the customization plan.
4. Warranty and after-sales service policy?
The core components of the equipment enjoy a 1-year original factory warranty. Consumables, wearable parts, and man-made damage are not covered by the warranty. Our factory provides lifetime paid accessory supply and remote video technical support. Standard after-sales service does not include overseas on-site repair services.
5. Which voltage and plug specifications are supported?
All equipment supports 110V/220–240V global voltage customization and is compatible with multi-country plug specifications such as US standard, European standard, UK standard, and Australian standard, meeting the electricity needs of global markets. Please inform us of your local electricity standard when inquiring.
6. Does the system support multiple languages?
The self-developed main control system of the equipment supports more than 26 global languages and can preset the corresponding language according to the target market, adapting to local users' operating habits and supporting global overseas operations.
